Restorative Yoga: Sound and Sensory Immersion

Tap into your senses for a 60-minute deep restorative release led by Jody Dean. Jody completed her yoga certification in 2018 and is a Licensed Physical Therapist. She will guide you into supported yoga poses using props to allow the body to fully relax and tune into your senses. The experience will be filled with sights, sounds, aromas and touch to lose yourself in relaxing meditation. Experience the vibrations of singing bowls and see what may open up in you. Take this opportunity to reset from the week.
This yoga class is all levels friendly with no experience needed.
