Trick or Treat

Trick or Treat in the Village will be Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 6-7pm. If you wish to participate, please leave your porch light on. The New Concord Area Board of Trade will hold their annual Trail of Treats from 5-6pm on Maple Ave and Layton.

Village Hall Closed October 14

Village Hall will be closed Monday, October 14, 2024 in observance of Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day.

Policy Committee Meeting

2024 Leaf Pickup

The operations crew will conduct leaf pickup in the Village from October 7, 2024, until December 1, 2024 Please rake your leaves to the curb. Please do NOT rake leaves into the street, as that causes safety problems. A complete cleanup will take place in early November once most of the leaves have fallen.

Young Tree Training

ODNR will host a Young Tree Pruning Workshop on November 1, 2024 at the New Concord Village Hall, 2 West Main St. Please arrive by 8:30am.
