Paving on North Liberty Drive

Parnell and Associates will be paving in the Village of New Concord on Monday, July 28 and Tuesday July 29. Roads will be milled on Monday, July 28 and will be paved on Tuesday, July 29. North Liberty Road will be CLOSED between East High Street and South Street and will be restricted to one lane near Paden Drive. The College Drive exit to Main Street will be closed Monday, July 28 after the milling is completed until Tuesday, July 29 when the paving is finished. It will be closed from West High Street to West Main Street.
