Mary Beth Caudill has been a part of New Concord since 1996. She served as a collegiate soccer coach, tennis coach, and educator for nearly 25 years at Muskingum University before becoming NCAARD’s Program Director in February 2020. She has a passion for the arts, recreation, and sports, and strives to motivate, engage, and bring the community together by providing numerous events through NCAARD. M.B. added a second part-time position for the Village in 2025 as the Communications and Community Relations Coordinator.
“M.B.” lives in New Concord with her husband, Tom, and two sons, Tanner and Ty.
