There are many ways to volunteer with NCAARD! We are always looking for people who are willing to help as program leaders or assistants! High school students can acquire needed volunteer hours, college students can fulfill education requirements, and adults in the community can receive some perks for helping.

If you have a skill you would like to share, we welcome you to bring your ideas and enthusiastic help to NCAARD! Exercise classes may require that you be certified as a fitness instructor or in First Aid/CPR. Other programs require an interest in teaching and the ability to work well with children or adults. You may also volunteer for “Let’s Pick It Up New Concord” or for our booth at the Fireman’s Festival.

For the safety of all concerned, program leaders are required to complete a Federal Background Check once every three years.

If you are interested, please fill out the form below and NCAARD will contact you.

Please send an email or contact Mary Beth Caudill, Program Director, at (740) 291-7274, for more information.
