Through the support of the Village of New Concord, Muskingum University, and the East Muskingum School District, NCAARD proudly offers activities, programs, and events to serve the Village and surrounding communities. We strive to bring rich and diverse programming in arts and recreation to engage, inspire, and educate people of all ages.
