Welcome to the Village of New Concord, Ohio
The New Concord Area Board of Trade is sponsoring a Halloween Costume Contest on Halloween night (5:30 pm to 6:30 pm) for kids ages 12 and under. Parents, bring your children to Village Park during Trick or Treat to enter the costume contest. Prizes will be gift certificates to local businesses. Pets are invited to participate too.
