Welcome to the Village of New Concord, Ohio
The Muskingum County EMA will be testing the emergency siren every Wednesday at 12 Noon from March until October. The one exception will be on Wednesday, March 21, when the siren will be tested at 9:50 AM, which is a state wide mandated test.
There will be no test if there is inclement weather occurring at the time of the scheduled test.
