Welcome to the Village of New Concord, Ohio
Three members were sworn in at the January 12, 2026, meeting to begin their terms on the New Concord Village Council. We welcome Sabrina Barr, Stan Taylor, and Jim Whitehair who were officially appointed to serve the Village for a four-year term ending in 2030.
Additionally, Yolanda Taylor was also sworn in at the February 9, 2026, meeting to begin her four-year term.
