Fishing Permits for New Concord Reservoir

Please print the form and mail to PO Box 10, New Concord, OH 43762 and a fishing permit will be mailed to you.

A permit to fish at the reservoir does not take the place of a fishing license. All individuals fishing at the reservoir must also have a current fishing license.
