Trick-or-Treat in the Village of New Concord will be held on October 31st from 6-7pm. Please remember to turn porch lights on to indicate if your household or business will be distributing candy. The Ohio Department of Health has issued recommended best practices for Halloween celebrations including wearing a mask, social distancing and safe distribution of candy/treats.
