No Parking and Road Closures October 23

There will be no parking on portions of Harper St  for tomorrow Oct. 23^rd.  Signs be put up this afternoon and we ask that cars be moved by 7am tomorrow.  There will also be temporary road closures on Montgomery Ave., and Thompson Ave.  during the day.  This is for potholing water services for lead and copper research.
