Welcome to the Village of New Concord, Ohio
On Friday, July 7, the controller unit for the traffic light at the intersection of Liberty Road and Main Street failed. It was unrepairable. The traffic light was placed on manual flash until a new control unit could be ordered and installed. The new unit was installed today, July 13, and the system has been restored to its normal cycle. The Village thanks you for your patience during this time.
