NCAARD is partnering with one of our local fitness facilities, Reinvent Fitness! Certified personal trainer, Trevor Hayes, will lead this 5-week functional fitness strength training program! Earn your Solar Plexus Chakra lava bracelet!
When: Fridays at 6 PM July 21, 28, August 4, 11, and 18
Where: Reinvent Fitness (185 Reservoir Road)
Cost: $40 total
