All bids shall be submitted on the required bid forms available at New Concord Village Hall or bid forms may be obtained from Village of New Concord website at newconcord-oh.gov. Bids shall be delivered to New Concord Village Hall, P.O. Box 10, 2 West Main Street, New Concord, Ohio 43762 by 10:00 a.m. January 28, 2020 at which time all bids will be opened and read aloud.
The property shall be sold to the highest qualified bidders provided that the highest bid is acceptable to the Village of New Concord. The property is to be conveyed upon receipt of full payment by the following terms.
The full price shall be paid within 7 days of written acceptance of the bid by the Village. Failure to pay will be cause for rejection of the bid and consideration of the next highest bid.
The Village of New Concord reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities and take any action in the interest of the Village.
