The Village of New Concord, Ohio will receive sealed bids for the 2021 Road Improvement Project. Bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. on June 10, 2021 at the office listed below, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The instructions to bidders, specifications and bidding documents may be examined or obtained from New Concord Village Hall, P. O. Box 10, 2 West Main Street, New Concord, Ohio 43762.
The work specifications for which bids are invited is available on the Village website, by calling Village Hall at (740) 826-7671 or available for pick-up at the New Concord Village Hall.
Attention to bidders is called to requirements of conditions of employment, current applicable prevailing wage rates, bid bonds, performance bonds and Village income tax.
The Village reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to increase, decrease or omit any item or items, waive formalities, re-advertise or take such other steps as necessary in the interest of the Village of New Concord.
