Tap Fees

When an application for a water or sewer tap is submitted to Village Hall, an estimate form for the scope of work will be provided to applicants before the project starts. Both connection fees and tap fees will be added together, generating an invoice for the total amount due. Payment in full is required prior to ordering supplies or approval of a water tap. Said charges shall be established by the Village Administrator.

Connection Fee Charges:

The following charges apply for connection to the village water supply system and sewage collection system, both inside and outside the village limits:

Water Taps:

3/4 inch: $2000 plus tap fee

1 inch: $3000 plus tap fee

2 inches: $4000 plus tap fee

3 inches: $5000 plus tap fee

4 inches: $6000 plus tap fee

6 inches: $8000 plus tap fee

Sewer Taps:

4 inches: $2000 plus tap fee

6 inches: $4000 plus tap fee

8 inches: $5000 plus tap fee
