The New Concord Fire Department, Muskingum County, Ohio (hereinafter referred to as “Agency or Agency’s”) requesting sealed bid proposals for the sale of a 1992 Sutphen Rescue/Pumper.
Bids will be received until 4:00 P.M. EST on March 4th, 2022 at:

All bid packages will be opened and reviewed for accuracy and compliance on March 7th. Once completed, the Fire Chief, or his designee, will make a formal recommendation to the Mayor followed by notification to the successful bidder.

The proposals shall be made on the forms provided, or as indicated in the Invitation to Bid.
*Arrangements may be made to view the vehicle prior to bid submission by contacting the New Concord Fire Department at 740-291-9086.
*All proposals shall be sent via U.S. Postal Service, Federal Express, DHL, or UPS.
*Proposals will be accepted via walk-in or hand to hand delivery at Village Hall.
The New Concord Fire Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder whose proposal is deemed most favorable to The New Concord Fire Department.
