North Liberty Road – temporary road closures notice: The Village has just been advised by American Electric Power (AEP) that beginning on October 24, 2022 until October 26 they will be conducting utility repairs on North Liberty Road adjacent to Paden Road. North Liberty Road may be temporarily closed on occasion, otherwise one lane flagged traffic will be maintained.
School bus and school traffic will be accommodated as much as possible on timing of the work and through traffic needs. However, taking an alternate route is suggested. The Village of New Concord appreciates your understanding and patience in this matter.
