NCAARD Program Director

Mary Beth Caudill has been an established citizen of New Concord since 1996. She served as a collegiate soccer coach and educator for over 25 years before becoming NCAARD’s Program Director in February 2020.

She has a passion for the arts, recreation, and sports; and strives to motivate and engage the community in these experiences available through NCAARD.

“M.B.” lives in New Concord with her husband, Tom, and two boys, Tanner and Ty.
