Mayor Adams
During its regularly scheduled Village Council meeting on July 27, New Concord Mayor Greg Adams announced that he will not run for another term, scheduled to begin January 1, 2016, and will retire as mayor on that date.
In making the announcement, Adams said, “It’s been an honor over the years to serve the people of our community, but it’s time for new energy and leadership from the mayor’s office. Looking forward, there are many exciting things happening and the village is well poised to meet the future needs of the community.”
