New Concord Blooms

Enjoy and admire the work of many individuals who make up our village as their colorful water-marbled pinwheels will be on display at 40 different businesses in town (mostly along Main Street) the first two weeks of May! Community members of all ages – from Friendship preschoolers to Beckett House senior citizens – participated to create a colorful community-wide exhibit downtown.

Additionally, with Let’s Pick It Up New Concord completed, the Village will be sparkling clean! Now is the time to beautify the Village! We encourage families and individuals to designate this time to spruce up their outside with some yardwork and upkeep! The Village will be hanging their flower baskets and working on other outdoor projects, the NCFD will be weeding and doing general outdoor maintenance, schools are planning beautification projects like weeding, mulching, and planting flowers, and businesses are ready for spring decorating! We hope you will join in the transformation!
