Want to help NCAARD prepare for the 4th annual New Concord Blooms community-wide art exhibit? Join us for a couple hours on MLK Day to help us get our art projects ready so the community can create! You will love seeing the fruits of your labor displayed downtown in May! We sincerely appreciate your willingness to help!
